About Me

I’m a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy to adults in New Jersey and Illinois. My work centers on anxiety, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, attachment and relationship patterns, grief, and life transitions. I take a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based approach, supporting clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and self-compassion in practical, meaningful way.s

Before private practice, I worked across a range of levels of care, supporting adolescents and adults of all ages, through anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

Why I Do This Work

I do this work because I know how heavy it can feel to move through the world as a sensitive, high-achieving person—especially when anxiety, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, relationship stress, grief, or major life transitions are part of your daily experience. I was drawn to the field of therapy through my own relationship with emotional depth and the longing to feel understood, supported, and not alone with what I was carrying.

Over time, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people are given a space that feels safe, steady, and nonjudgemental—a space where they don’t have to perform, minimize their struggles, or push themselves past their limits to be “okay.” I believe healing happens through self-compassion, emotional safety, and learning to with with your nervous system rather than against it.

I’m especially passionate about supporting adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and collaborative, and rooted in the believe that you don’t need to be fixed—you deserve to be understood.

I do this work because I’ve witnessed how transformative it can be when someone finally feels seen, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
